Bucket Elevators are designed to lift material vertically. Casings/ Buckets are fabricated out of MS/ SS sheets, stiffened to give extra load carrying capacity and true alignment.

Salient features of the bucket elevator:

• S.S Structures 10g out of plastic coated SS sheet
• Food grade polypropylene buckets (patent applied for)
• Low power consumption 1HP gear motor and VFD (Bonfiglioli) and electronic panel
• All outlets are electronically controlled by sensors and activated by pneumatic cylinders (imported)
• Suitable return arrangement for extra material
• Special design that ensures zero wastage/spilling of material at the feeding plant
• Simple maintenance provisions for wet/dry cleaning of buckets in the most easy and optimum manner
• Flexible modular design configuration as per requirements, from single to multiple outlets in single machines (can be expanded for future requirements)
